Hotel Alpha - Sarande

The staff were really friendly and always willing to help. The room was modern and had all the necessary amenities. The location was great, with lots of attractions and facilities nearby.

The noise from other guests and the street made it difficult to sleep. the bathroom was not cleaned properly and the shower did not drain properly, leading to flooding.

the staff was friendly and welcoming, serving us with traditional raki and helping us with everything we needed. the hotel's location was excellent, with beautiful beaches, restaurants and nightlife spots just minutes away. the room was cozy, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was another highlight , a generous and tasty spread with homemade items like yogurt and cheese. the parking was convenient and accessible, and facilities like air, conditioning added to the comfort of the stay.

I did notice that the apartment cleaning service was not thorough enough, and there were no attraction booklets or maps available in the hotel lobby.

Family-run hotel, fully accessible, friendly staff, generous and tasty breakfast, comfortable beds, good location near beaches.

It was all superb.

We loved this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. We were just a short walk away from beautiful beaches and many shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were very good, with daily room service and a well-equipped kitchen in the apartment. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet provided each morning.

There was nothing we didn't like.
